Built in altitude 600 m., within reach from the unique archeological site of Mystas, in a verdant area with many springs at the village Pikoulianika, with easy access from Sparta, “Mazaraki’s Guesthouse” denotes with imagination the uniqueness of the laconic landscape.
From the earthy atmosphere of the “Stahi” to the authentically relaxing country side of “Elia”, each of the eleven suites of “Mazaraki’s Guesthouse”, tells a story of the Greek land combining the unpretentious relaxation of a country house with the warmth of a little hotel with its own aspect.
The special concept of the architecture George Giaxolgou and of the awarded set designer Eleni Manolopoulou, who was in charge of the interior decoration, have left their mark on the rooms, taking care of every little detail.
Since 2015 there is an outdoor swimming pool measuring 6x3m with a maximum depth of 1.40m.This is the maximum allowed size according to the responsible authorities.Mystras is a Heritage World Site of UNESCO that is protected by the Byzantine antiquities service.
The guest house director will be at your service at all times.
You may be provided with a range fine wines from our cellar , mountain bikes .Wood for your fireplace may be delivered, in addition to DVD’s, board games as well as information for local fine cuisine or nightlife. WIFI access is also available.
The day begins with fine delicacies that you take off the basket, one by one. You can have the basket to your room any time you ask for it. It contains fresh-baked pies, handmade jams, farmhouse eggs, oranges, olives, hand-kneaded bread, local yogurt, cookies, cakes etc.
On the ground floor operates the cafe wine bar “Corfes” to customer needs, with library and board games.
The guesthouse, provides meals upon request.
It is also possible (upon request and with the appropriate surcharge),for transportation to and from the airport.
Electric vehicle charging station is available at our guesthouse.
A complete meal with local recipes, using organic products from the garden of the “Guesthouse” and hand-picked wines from Lakonia and the rest of Peloponnese, can be offered after agreement.
